It is our pleasure to assit you with the perfect food and beverage options for your special event.  We offer fully customized menu options to ensure your reception vision is captured.  Below are facility rental rate and menu option examples and pricing guidelines.  We look forward to working with you and within your budget to create a package that is exactly what you are looking for.

EVIE’S PAVILION Our special private event venue is perfect for hosting large gatherings of all varieties with 2,900 square feet (combined indoor & outdoor) of dining and reception space for groups of all sizes. Garage-style doors open to reveal a patio and grand event lawn. Evie’s indoor / outdoor design celebrates Arizona’s unique lifestyle, while accentuating views of the golf course, the Papago Buttes and the beautiful Phoenix skyline.

LOU’S BAR & GRILL (Restaurant buyouts) Lou’s Bar & Grill gives off  a cool, clean, stone-and-steel vibe paired with a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel with the massive garage0style doors and sliding doors are opened to a rich green lawn area and golf course. The bar features outdoor seating on two sides with the windows are drawn up, off ering spectacular views of the setting sun gleaming off  the Papago Buttes.

LOU’S LOOKOUT PATIO Facing the Papago Buttes, our Lou’s Lookout Patio is a section of our larger Lou’s Patio and is perfect for smaller group celebrations.

CEREMONY Site Fee: $10 Per Guest Includes:

  • White Garden Folding Chairs (site rental fee based upon total number of guests)
  • Fruit Infused Water Station
  • Gift, Guestbook and Unity Tables
  • Candle Votives
  • Standard Linen
  • Set-up & Breakdown

We are more than happy to quote you on any specific chair you would like for your ceremony. Please inquire for additional options.
Flowers & Bubbles permitted for ceremony site. Please have any other materials approved in advance. Thank you!

Standard booking is based on 6 hours and includes the venue until as late as 11pm.


  • An initial deposit of $1,500 with your signed contract will secure and book your date and be applied to your final event balance
  • Final guest count and payment (excluding any on consumption items) is due 7 days prior to your event
  • Please note that certain dates and Holidays may be subject to a higher rate
  • 8.6% sales tax and 22% service charge will be added to all event charges
